How it works
You order and send your footage + brief. First draft comes back within 48 working hours (the clock pauses on weekends). You get 2 revision rounds to dial it to your brief. If it still isn't right to the agreed brief, ask for a refund.
What's covered
Anything within the brief you gave us. A brand-new direction or scope you didn't brief is a fresh request, not a revision — but we'll always tell you that up front, never after. We never charge for something we can't deliver.
The turnaround promise
"First draft in 48 working hours" is our service level for EditMax — a real timeline confirmed at checkout, working days only. (AdMax and ContentMax are scoped and quoted by a producer, with their own timeline.)
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order details. We review and process approved refunds back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
